Donchian Channels
The highest high and lowest low of the last 20 days.
Why it matters
The classic breakout lines used by trend followers since the 1960s: a close above the top line is a new 20-day high.
How to read it
Breakouts above the upper line are often followed by more strength in strong trends, and by quick reversals in ranges.
