SuperTrend

A trailing line set a few average ranges away from the price.

Why it matters

It stays below the price in an uptrend and above it in a downtrend, flipping when the price closes through it. Many traders use it as a trailing stop.

How to read it

Green line under the price: uptrend. Red line above: downtrend. A bigger multiplier means fewer, later flips.
