If you believe a charge from Cluenex is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at support@cluenex.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund directly — which is faster, simpler, and avoids the administrative overhead of a chargeback dispute for both parties.
We understand that chargebacks are a legitimate consumer protection tool. However, initiating a chargeback for a legitimate charge that falls within our stated policies (charges beyond the 30-day guarantee period, charges you received service for but didn't cancel before renewal, etc.) constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use.
In cases of confirmed fraudulent chargebacks:
- The account associated with the disputed charge will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We will provide our payment processor and your bank with complete transaction records demonstrating the legitimacy of the charge
- Accounts with confirmed fraudulent chargeback history may be permanently terminated and banned from reregistering
